Engagement campaign earns thought-leadership status for Brook Street

Specialising in office and light industrial positions but supplying businesses across all industries with high quality temporary and permanent personnel and staffing solutions, Brook Street is one of the UK’s most successful recruitment agencies. The company has a network of offices and long-standing relationships with key employers nationwide.
Brook Street wanted to be seen as a thought leader within the recruitment and workforce solutions market. Aiming to educate, support, encourage and partner with its businesses (especially SMEs) in times of austerity, Brook Street wanted a campaign that would deliver real value to existing and prospective clients.
What we delivered
We developed a campaign that delivers a number of new, value-add propositions to both clients and prospects. We created ‘Survive & Thrive’ as our over-arching campaign theme, and brought this to life through a stand-out visual identify. Our marketing collateral included a brochure, website and white paper for the campaign’s launch.
We also helped Brook Street develop a number of initiatives. These included a series of thought leadership assets around the four key themes of Attraction, Effectiveness, Retention and Development; a client engagement campaign offering informative seminars or workshops on topical issues; and direct marketing campaigns. We were also involved in the development of an attention-grabbing, client-targeted window campaign at their high-profile location on London’s Strand.
Survive & Thrive has generated significant interest and support from clients and across the industry. The high turnout launch event at the Strand provided the opportunity for face-to-face dialogue about the issues affecting UK businesses today – establishing interest and building momentum. Our campaign content has provided the opportunity for Brook Street’s consultants to engage in meaningful conversations with clients and prospects about the challenges they face – earning Brook Street the right as a thought leader to share its recruitment and workforce management solutions.
