A fantastic opportunity for a Junior Designer to develop their skills in an award-winning B2B marketing agency. A small agency with big clients, you will be supporting the senior designer in the day-to-day agency needs in the studio. You will be working across print & digital on a broad cross-section of brands from a marketing angle, thus a great opportunity for you to learn a broad variety of skills with room for you to grow in the role.
You will need to have university or equivalent qualifications, one years’ relevant experience, meticulous attention to detail, be willing to adapt and learn in new situations, be an excellent communicator, have a positive attitude and not be afraid to ask questions.
In addition, you will need to be able to manage multiple projects at once, switching between clients and internal work and different outputs easily. You will ensure all processes are followed and will take responsibility for ensuring all client brand guidelines are maintained. As well as this you will work across amendments, prepare artwork for print or build, proof and check materials and will manage your workload efficiently. Throughout this you will have the support of the senior designer and as the role develops, will have the opportunity to develop your creative skills as well.
Software Skills: You will need to be experienced using a Mac, be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator CC. Powerpoint skills are not essential but would be an advantage.
